Privacy Policy

What we collect

If you sign up for the newsletter on this site, we collect the email address you provide. We also use Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel, which automatically collect standard usage data for every visitor — pages viewed, approximate location (derived from IP address), device/browser type, and how you arrived at the site — via cookies. Nothing beyond this automatic analytics/advertising data is collected unless you choose to submit the newsletter form.

How it's used

Your email is used only to send you updates about new films, episodes, series, and releases from KAM9.TV. Analytics data is used to understand how people find and use the site (e.g. which pages are popular). The Meta Pixel data is used to measure and improve any Facebook/Instagram advertising for KAM9.TV, and may be used to show ads to people who've visited this site when they're on Facebook or Instagram. We don't use any of this for anything else, and we don't sell or rent it to anyone.

Third-party services

This site uses a few outside services to operate:

• Kit (formerly ConvertKit) — powers the newsletter signup form and sends the emails. Kit may use cookies as part of its own embedded form functionality. See Kit's privacy policy for details on how they handle data.
• Google Analytics — measures site traffic and usage using cookies. See Google's privacy policy for details on how they handle data. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
• Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) — measures site visits for advertising purposes using cookies. It also uses Meta's Advanced Matching feature, which securely hashes (one-way encrypts) information like the email address you submit via the newsletter form and shares that hash with Meta, so we can better measure ad performance and reach people who've already engaged with KAM9.TV when they're on Facebook or Instagram. See Meta's privacy policy for details. You can manage how Meta uses your data for ads in your Facebook Ad Preferences.
• Vercel — hosts this website. Like any web host, standard server request logs (e.g. IP address, browser type) may be generated automatically as part of serving pages, separate from anything you submit through a form.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email you receive from us, or by emailing us (see Contact below) and asking to be removed. For analytics and advertising cookies, use your browser's cookie settings or the opt-out tools linked above — those go directly to Google and Meta, who manage that data independently of us.
